Mr Simpson does an outstanding job of describing/explaining the layout, how to use, and how to enhance the application to make your job easier. Have been using it for a few weeks and it is now my preference for writing/editing code.

Greatly appreciate all that I learned in this course so that I can make much more efficient use of VS Code. I've already made some major corrections to an old web page that had a lot of errors, and I have a ways to go to finish cleaning up all of the HTML that's full of deprecated code. I need the CSS lesson next, so I can get rid of and a bunch of other code that is no longer used! Thanks much!

Have been struggling on my own to find a text editor that was compatible with the MAC yet lets me deal with javaScript. The videos were most helpful. Am trying to get this utility aspect down before forging on with learning javaScript. Since I am working various online educational pursuits, this gives me a place to practice, practice, practice. Thanks

Alan does a great job of presenting the essentials of getting started with VS Code for HTML Development. In addition there is enough additional material to get you started on more advanced stages of Web Development. VS Code is a great combo of a lean code edit facility with the ability to add sophistication with the use of Extensions, which is covered in good detail in this course.
